Client Requirements

The client required the full environmental clearance of offices that were vacated as part of the 3500 staff relocation from existing sites, to a new London Head Office.

Project Solution

Premier Moves was awarded the relocation contract and Premier Sustain worked in conjunction with them to deliver the clearance. During the relocation works, Premier Sustain produced a full photographic inventory of all items to be cleared.

We worked with a wide range of trade partners to view items both from this inventory and where required at source. Despite the tight time frame for this project Premier Sustain was able to facilitate the bulk sale of many items directly to trade partners.

With the higher value items greater revenue was achieved through direct selling via our online auction service.

To complete the clearance Premier Sustain carried out onsite segregation of materials ensuring that we maximised the value for all recyclables and where reuse and recycling was not viable, energy from waste solutions were sought.
