Commercial recruitment specialist, Huntress, required an office refurbishment partner to assist in renovations to support its dynamic programme of change. It was important that the transformation delivered to a very high specification in the most cost effective way. The refurbishment was being completed alongside a number of office relocations across the country.
Premier Interiors provided the client with the internal infrastructure changes needed. Focusing on delivering a cost effective and sustainable solution, Premier Interiors transformed two meeting rooms into three including carrying out all the structural, electrical and decorating works.
Services Provided Include:
- Office changes and installation of new offices and meeting rooms
- Mechanical and electrical works including lighting, air conditioning, power and AV
- Decoration of offices to agreed finish
- Sustainable refurbishment reusing and restoring existing infrastructure and resources as viable
Where viable on this project, all existing resources were salvaged for reuse delivering good quality meeting space in a sustainable way, to meet the client’s needs.
