Client Requirements
To refurbish the existing ground floor canteen facilities to a professional standard of finish whilst ensuring that the most effective health and safety products were utilised to protect staff and prevent unnecessary accidents.
This refurbishment project was to be delivered cost effectively, using the existing infrastructure where possible, and needed to be completed out of working hours to allow for continuous staff usage.
Project Solution
Premier Interiors provided a comprehensive interior refurbishment solution, forming part of the move project.
Our interiors team worked to tight timescales, to enable the moves team to complete staff moves as part of the weekend activity.
This involved
- Uplifting existing carpet for recycling and installing new carpet
- Office changes and installation of new offices or meeting rooms
- Spraying of ceilings or ceiling tile replacement
- Mechanical and electrical works including lighting, air conditioning, power and AV
- Decoration of offices to agreed finish
