Premier Interiors Major Contract Award

It has been a busy couple of months for the Premier Interiors team having been awarded a significant refurbishment project on behalf of Tescos Stores Ltd following a competitive tender process.

The refurbishment of the newly acquired site in Welwyn Garden City spans 30,000sq ft over three floors. Premier Interiors, as the main contractor on this large refurbishment project, has a team of up to 30 staff and contractors on site providing a range of services to deliver this major project by the end of the year. The extensive works being carried out include developing new meeting rooms, display areas and break out rooms.

We are delivering a high quality refurbishment and are delighted to have already been awarded a considerate construction certificate for our approach on this project”.

Premier Interiors is also working closely with the Premier Sustain team to ensure the sustainability of the refurbishment through increased reuse of unwanted resources and ensuring maximum recycling and energy recovery solutions for non-reusable materials.
